I'd rather talk about how I can help you earn your CCNA, CCNP, and Microsoft Vista certifications, but here's just a little background on me.

I've been in the IT field for just a little over 10 years, and during that time I earned my Novell CNA, Cisco CCNA and CCNP, and my Microsoft MCSE. While I worked on those various certifications, I noticed there were basically two kinds of study guides:

Books that were too difficult - books that were basically pages and pages of documentation that didn't help you much unless you already understood the material

Books that were too simple - they would cover some of the exam topics, but not all, and not in the depth necessary to pass the exams.

I earned that certification on February 26, 2004, in Raleigh, North Carolina, and then started my own Cisco technologies training organization, The Bryant Advantage, in June of that year.
