Answers:
1. "E". Obviously, all of those situations are bad, but the only one that will place the port into err-disabled mode is a port security violation. (Port security would be need at its default setting of "shutdown" for that to happen.)
2. "A". Directly connected routes have an AD of zero and are literally the most trusted type of route.
3. "E". You have to set the AD of the floating route to a value higher than that of the routing protocol(s) in use - and the question didn't tell us what protocols are in use, so we can't answer the question.
4. "B,D". If there's an encapsulation mismatch and/or you have no clockrate on the DCE, the line protocol will go down.
5. "E". Only the loose cable would result in the physical interface being down; if it were shut down administratively, you'd see "administratively down".
6. Use the ctrl-shift-6 keystroke *twice*, one right after the other.
7. Run the ipconfig /release command.
8. We're discovering information regarding directly connected Cisco devices.
9. "B". Use no cdp run in global configuration mode to totally disable cdp on that Cisco device.
10. "C". You can only send an extended ping in privileged exec mode - not user exec.
