And now -- the answers!
1. Of the three methods, cut-throught is the fastest method.
2. Both store-and-forward and fragment-free offer at least some error detection.
3. Store-and-forward gives the highest level of error detection, since the FCS is checked before the frame is forwarded.
Fragment-free checks the first 64 bytes of the frame.
4. Store-and-forward is also the slowest of the three methods.
5. Cut-through offers no error detection.
