And now -- the answers!
1. Data takes the form of segments at the Transport layer.
2. Routing takes place at L3 of the OSI model.
3. The Network Access layer of the TCP/IP model maps to the Physical and Data Link layers of the OSI model.
4. TCP does offer guaranteed delivery, does have windowing capability, and does have error detection using sequence and ACKs.
The term "connectionless" describes UDP.
5. Server sends a SYN, recipient of that SYN sends a SYN/ACK back, and then the first server sends an ACK back. In short, "SYN, SYN/ACK, ACK".
