Let's get to those answers!
1. (B, C). Both STP and RSTP use the port states learning and forwarding.
2. Frames are actually being forwarded in only one STP port state - and that, of course, is the forwarding state!
3. (B, C). RSTP is defined by IEEE 802.1w, and it's compatible with STP (IEEE 802.1d).
4. (C, E). A VTP Client will allow you to add ports to VLANs, and it will process the contents of incoming VTP summary advertisements.
Note: Adding ports to a VLAN is not considered modifying it. Naming a VLAN is.
5. (C). You can't delete VLAN 0, 1, or 1002 - 1005, but you can delete any VLAN from 2 - 1001.
