1. "B". I'll certainly grant you that "fair" is a very relative term, but it does describe WFQ - Weighted Fair Queueing.

3. "B". Integrated Services offer a guaranteed rate and use RSVP to create reserved paths for high-priority traffic.
4. "D". FIFO = "first in, first out", and that's a perfect description of best-effort delivery.
5. When the data senders slow their transmission rate as a result of dropped segments, then accelerate that rate as packet drop slows, and then slow down again when segments are again dropped, that's Global Synchronization.
6. "A,C". RED does detect congestion before the queue is actually full, and RED can be configured to consider CoS and IP Prec.
