Answers:

1. "B". VTP advertisements are multicast across trunk ports.

2. "B, D". The switch will accept the advertisement and then increment its own revision number.

3. "A, D". VTP Summary Advertisements are sent every 5 minutes AND upon a change in the VTP database.

4. "C". Subset advertisements are sent by a VTP Server only when there's a change in the VLAN database.

5. "B". The VTP revision number is kept in NVRAM, so it's not lost on a reload.

6. "B". Both ISL and dot1q make most frames larger. ISL encapsulates all frames; dot1q places a header on all frames except those destined for the native VLAN.
