"D". Label imposition is typically called a "push". The process of removing it, the label disposition, is the "pop".

2. "C,D". Routing and label exchange protocols run on the Control Plane, and the IP routing table is kept there as well.
The LFIB and FIB are found on the Data Plane.
3. "B". Running the command mpls ip on an interface enables LDP on that interface.
