It was my pleasure meeting you during the week following Memorial Day as you provided your Cisco boot camp to four of our staff members and one person from Bedford County. I have not had the opportunity to talk to the Bedford employee as of yet; however, the reviews that I received from my staff were all very positive.

They were all impressed with your knowledge of Cisco and with your style and demeanor as an instructor. Everyone worked hard but felt very comfortable in the learning environment. My staff felt the materials you provided ahead of time were beneficial. Similarly, they were very appreciative of the post-class support you would be providing. One of my staff persons indicated that she was going to take the Cisco test because she felt very prepared for it after receiving your instruction.

As more and more educational organizations are moving toward providing their own support, classes such as the class you provided would be extremely beneficial to the technical staff as they strive to support the routers in their respective divisions. Needless to say, the man-hours that would be saved by having individuals create the correct configuration of a router versus having to do a lot of trial and error would be enormous.

I honestly think the class would pay for itself in a division in a matter of two or three months when outside service calls and trial and error configurations are considered.

I'll be happy to convey these sentiments to anyone who asks. I wish you well as you continue to spread this important knowledge across the miles to those persons who need it to support the ever-growing network infrastructures across the country.
